Odyssey was born from a family of oil makers: five generations, whose story began in Hajeb El Ayoun. Today, we select the finest harvests of Tunisian varieties, heirs to three thousand years of olive growing, picked by hand and cold pressed on the same day. The same oil reaches homes through Sika, and professional kitchens through Odyssey.
